Another good read from Emma . I have to disagree with some of the negative reviews I read before purchasing this. I almost passed on this one because of them. I'll just give a couple of examples : 1. The person who was so negative about the "crawling" must never have known anyone who had just had a major accident. I dare you to go out and purchase crutches. 2. The person who complained about the grammar with no slang: that's the proper way to write. So many of us have gotten so lazy we even want to read incorrectly as well talk lazy. It really irks me to find a really good piece of literature and see some write negatively about it out of ignorance. Emma you did a great job. So glad to see you are keeping with it and look forward to reading more from you.Highly recommend!

This was a pretty good book but there were so many different directions the story took. From coming out, to hot sex, to amputation. From rock and roll getting started to ranching in the heavy snow..... see, many things going on. I got bored with the story after the accident, but I did end up finishing it. I needed closure and I got it. Finally!
I very much enjoyed this book. Great story, loved Colt and Kyle together! The characters were well developed and you could feel the chemistry between them. Read it in one sitting and still wanted more!
This was pretty good for a quick read. It was a little "obvious" from time to time, but was still a good book. I enjoyed the storyline, and I could feel the characters' emotions right along with them.

I picked this up because I just wanted something different, and I was really pleasantly surprised. I thought this would be a cowboy/rocker love story (and I was A-OK with that!) but it was more complex, and I right when I thought I knew what was going to happen, the story switched it up on me. I really liked these two guys, and their bandmates/friends. I thought they both handled the situations realistically and believably.
This was a great story and just what I was looking for for something different, entertaining, and engaging. The sex was hot, the characters were great, and the setting was interesting.
Give it a try!

I liked this book. It was interesting seeing a man explore his homosexuality for the first time and his feelings and reactions to intimacy seemed realistic and unforced. The sex scenes were hot and fun to read.
There is something that was really annoying - SPOILER ALERT
It is unclear to me why after losing a leg, the poor guy couldn't use a pair of crutches!
She had him crawling on the floor like an animal or carried around. This is simply not realistic in an otherwise healthy young man.
Very Good Book but Sorry to say Ended by Leaving you Hanging. I was impressed by the subject of the book due to you usually don't find subjects to be about people with handicaps and the battles of the person who has become handicap has to fight and overcome the the handicap and learn to live and love again. The book is like any ordinary story line man meets man and fall in love but in the story man is involved in a wreck and become handicap and turns against the world and we see this happen in everyday life. We see the fights, sorrow and confusion and then learns a handicap does end the world but starts a new chapter for him to learn and to start to fight for and not give up and mentally die.
I was impressed with the way the subject was handled but like all the books before this one the reader is left hanging and wondering what happens. I hope you will read and enjoy as much as I did.
A rock & roll band on tour, a blinding Wyoming snow storm, and a need to pull the tour bus off the highway; these are the ingredients that make for a chance meeting between Kyle, lead singer for a R&R band, and Colt, a successful Wyoming rancher. Colt offers the band refuge from the storm at his ranch while they wait it out. Can these 2 men, Colt a self-assured rancher who is comfortable with being who he is, and Kyle, who is afraid of admitting to his band and even to himself what his sexual orientation is, find a way to be a part of each others lives? These two men forged by such different life styles find themselves caught up in a mutual attraction that neither can deny. Life is not without its' challenges, and so it is for Kyle and Colt.
I found that once I read the first paragraph, I couldn't put it down until I had read the last. Once again Miss Leya has justified her being one of my favorite writers. This is m/m genre with explicit sexual encounters.
