This book is large a compilation of extensive biblical quotations, with Clarke's commentaries on them. He states early in the book, "we are reminded how far we have strayed from YHVH's calendar. We start our days at midnight, instead of at sunset as God commands, our new year begins in the dead of winter instead of spring and our months revolve on a solar calendar instead of a lunar one as God has ordained." (Pg. 14)
He suggests, "YHVH never had any pleasure in the Kohen [priests] performing blood sacrifices, it was not His intention from the very beginning, as no amount of animal sacrifice would take away one's sins." (Pg. 21)
He asserts, "The Father and Son are not calling the whole world now, only the first-fruits. The greater harvest, will occur later---when all nations, tongues and peoples will have an opportunity to accept Yeshua as their King of Kings... The Lord in His infinite wisdom, has a tremendous plan that will lead to the majority of the human race becoming sons of God, but each according to the order He has ordained." (Pg. 48)
Of the Second Coming, he says, "the scriptures plainly say, He is returning to earth to setup His Kingdom and we will meet Him in the air, changed into resurrected glorious beings to descend with Him to earth---to become part of the glorious Host of God's Army to intervene in world affairs. It is on the seventh or last trump that Yeshua directly intervenes in world affairs to save mankind from utter destruction... Unless Yeshua returns to resurrect the dead, we would never gain eternal life---if there is no resurrection then those who have fallen asleep are perished." (Pg. 49-50) He adds, "Each are called according to their order, all are not saved at this time of His second coming, but at a later time, after the Millennium, during the Great White Throne Judgment." (Pg. 54)
He concludes, "during the Millennium, only those living and who have survived at that time, will know Messiah, thereafter---after the rebellion is put down and HaSatan banished forever and those who followed them; only those, whose hearts God knows will be accepting of Him, will be allowed to enter into the new heavens and new earth. But even then, they will need to be taught as spiritual babes the ways of Torah, all we can speculate is that we will have already had a 1,000 year learning period being spirit beings with Messiah and they will need to catch up." (Pg. 85)
This interpretation will be of most interest to those who believe that the Old Testament/Jewish festivals should be observed by modern Christians.
This is a really good book describing God's assigned feasts. This book does a lot to explain how Jesus fulfills all of the feasts. Great book.
